Steve Stanicak Obituary

We announce the death of Steve Stanicak (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on June 17, 2026, at the age of 61. Steve will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Steve will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Steve will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Steve’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Mathew (Emma O'Shea) and Zoe; his brother Joe (Pat); his mother Dragica; his nephews, Brandon and Jason (Sandy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Roman and Cassia.
