He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pridmore and Reta Pridmore; his brother Eric Pridmore; and his father-in-law Alvin Day. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his mother-in-law Margaret Day; his siblings, John Pridmore (Betty), Ann Putman (Gary) and Michael Pridmore (Cathy); his sisters-in-law, Eleanor Pridmore and Judy Day-Janz (Gord); and his friends, Jean and Gary Calder. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Steve can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
