She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Chrissy, Jen and Jeffrey; her grandchildren, Conner, Cameron, Carson, Mya, Mackenzie, Montana, Seth, Chloe, Leland, Nolan, Parker and Landon; her parents, Sandra and Gary; and her brothers, Wayne, Jimmy and Danny. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
