She is survived by: her daughter Lori; her grandchildren, Justin (Samantha), Emma (Jake), Shayla, Mikel, Brooklyn, Cody and Braeden; her siblings, Karen, Denise, Kevin, Brenda and Penny; her pet Chuey; Ken Woodworth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends.
