The family announces the passing of Terrance Jonathan Peter Kersteins (Hamilton, Ontario) on September 6, 2026. Terrance, born on May 26, 2008, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Terrance will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour Terrance by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Terrance is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Terrance’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He is survived by: his parents, Kim Kersteins and Peter Kersteins; his grandparents, Donna (late John) and John (late Mara); and his uncle Martin (Chrissy). He is also survived by aunts, great uncles, cousins, extended family members, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the L. G. Wallace Funeral Home (151 Ottawa St N, Hamilton, ON L8H3Z2). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Serbian-Canadian Community Center (1415 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8H3Z2).
In memory of Terrance, donations may be made to CNIB Guide Dogs, a cause close to his heart and reflective of his commitment to helping others.
