He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hornby and Saranne Hornby; and his sisters, Barbara (late Les) and Beth. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Ryan, John (Kate-Lyn) and Daniel (Stephanie); his stepchildren, Lindsay (Ian) and Ryan (Meagan); his grandchildren, Sadie, Lucy, Aiden, Harper, Mason, Reese, Sterling and Stella; his brothers, Tom (Barbara) and Todd (Annette); and his brother-in-law Bob.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Hamilton Yacht Club (555 Bay St N, Hamilton, ON L8L1H1).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Trillium Gift of Life Network be appreciated by the family.
