He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin "Ted" Young and Ruth Young; his grandchild Bryen; his sister Ruth "Toots" Prowse; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Harvey David, Ted McMahon Donna and Peter Yemen.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his children, Patricia Young, Shari, Chris Crocker, Dr. Ted Young, Lisa Virgini, Thomas Jr. and Kristen Taylor (Greidanus); his grandchildren, Kyle, Taylor, Caleb, Mya, Owen and James; his siblings, Ted and Margaret "Maggie" Benallick; his siblings-in-law, Judy McKeen (late John), Cheryl Hettinger (Michael) and Fay Yemen; and his close friend Gary McMurray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
