He was predeceased by: his father Gordon. He is survived by: his mother Jo-Ann; his children, Brogan (Brooke), Clayton (Kassandra), Carter (Trevor) and Bailey (Kody); his brother Curtis (Lisa); and his friend Andrew. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
