He is survived by: his wife Paula MacAulay; his daughters, Alexandra, Julia and Sarah; his stepmother Ruth MacAulay; his siblings, Kyle Graham (Angela) and Stacy Wilson (Steve); his in-laws, William and Sharon Bell; and his brother-in-law Scott Bell.

In lieu of flowers family has asked to please consider donating to the Hamilton General Cardiac & Vascular program.
