She was predeceased by: her husbands, Leslie Powis and John Copeland; her sister Rose McMillan; and her brother-in-law Tom. She is survived by: her children, David Powis, Karen Powis, Gale Slack and Tom Slack; her grandchildren, Kim Irving, Lincoln Irving, Beth Slack and Dave Brownlee; her great grandchildren, Raine Irving and Rileigh Irving; her grandchild Julie Teneycke-Tippett; her great grandchild Aaron; her grandson Glenn Teneycke; and her nieces and nephews, Janice (John), Cyndi (Oreste), Greg (Laura) and Randy.
