He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Benjamin White and Margaret Elizabeth Richards; and his sisters, Betty Anne Anderson and Cheryl White. He is survived by: his wife Marie (Browne); his daughters, Kim Ward (Mark) and Cindy Lloyd (Dave); his sister Denise Dunnett; and also Street.
