She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Arnold and Elmeta Arnold; her parents-in-law, Malcolm and Blanche Oblender; and her siblings-in-law, John and Jean Oblender.

She is survived by: her husband Bill Oblender; her siblings-in-law, Bev Oblender and Barry; her children, Kim Michelle Stewart (Jim) and Tara Leigh Opie (Paul); her grandchildren, Nicholas Jeffrey (EmilyArndt), Katelyn Schreiber (Tye), Rachel Kelly (Jake) and Joshua Opie; and her stepgrandchildren, Chelsea, Travis Stewart, Wendy, Keith, Nora (Schreiber), Peyton and Noah (Kelly).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Trinity (Transfiguration) Lutheran Church, Hamilton.
