He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cooke and Doris Cooke; and his sister Deborah (Tim). He is survived by: his significant other Maurice McGillicuddy-Cooke; his children, Nikki and Sophia; his sisters, Donna and Patricia; his pets, Gigio and Gizlin; and his close friend Maurice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends and extended family.
