With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Peter Helder (Hamilton, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 6, 2025 at the age of 37. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his son William Peter Helder; his wife Lisa; his children, Hendrik, Annalise and Edward; his parents, George Helder and Jacoba "Coosje" Helder; his nieces and nephews, Emily Dykstra (Andrew), Lydia, Charlotte, Vivian, Jasper, Kathryn Harsevoort, Kylie, Simon, Lucas, Molly, Eden, Curtis Helder, Sheila Cabrera (Rodrigo), Matteo, Sebastián, Nikolai, Angelica, Tobias, Graham Helder (Kirstin), Benjamin, Jonathan, Bronwyn and Elowen; and his in-laws, Harry, Wendy Pranger, Julie Pranger, Nicole VanderDeen (Ian), Esther, Reuben and Josiah. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
