He was predeceased by: his parents, Lang Sounrang and YueYing Chen (YueQing Chen). He is survived by: his spouse Khoon (Lee); his children, Mee and Meuay; his granddaughters, Emma, Lily and Cara; his siblings, Phanh Sourang, Somsack Phongprasnsak, Bounthavy Nachapassack and Boonyong Phongprasansak; Tang Chun.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 1:00 PM.
