As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Yvon may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Simone Touchette and Isadore Touchette; and his brother-in-law Calvin. He is survived by: his wife Susan Touchette; his daughters, Linda (Chafik) and France (Paul); his siblings-in-law, Penny (Dan), Bob (Louise) and Gary (Geri); and his great-nephew Nathan. He is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kitching, Steepe & Ludwig Funeral Home (146 Mill St N, Waterdown, ON L0R2H0).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Carpenter Hospice in Burlington would be greatly appreciated.
