We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2023, Grace Moores (Hampton, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Phil, Rosemary, Joan and Ruth. She is survived by: her siblings, Bernie, Greta (Collier) and Pauline (VanderZwet); her children, Monica Dyment (Rob), Mark and Jason (Murray Grant); and her grandchildren, Riley, Emily and Jake.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hampton Community Association, Heart and Stroke Foundation, and Big Brothers and Sisters of Canada.
