He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Burant and Rita Burant; and his brother Gerald Burant. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Burant; his children, Michael Burant and Carolyn Kreissl (Brian); his grandchild Keira Kreissl; and his siblings, Debbie Montgomery (late Fraser), Brenda Tenaschuk (Mel), Andrew Burant, Alex Burant (Rone) and Sasha Santini (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
