He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Berube (Minor) and Edgar Berube; his wife Janie; and his siblings, Roland (Betty) and Jean (Emile).
He is survived by: his son David (Helene); his grandchildren, Eric (Brooke), Julie (Jonathan), Melodie (Roxanne) and Natalie (Trevor); his great grandchildren, Briar, Deven and Abbey; and his siblings, Fern (Cecile) and Allen (late Jeanne).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lougheed Funeral Home (4605 Michelle Dr, Hanmer, ON P3P1L6). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations in Ray's memory to the Health Sciences North Foundation (Northern Cancer Foundation) or the Royal Canadian Legion – Capreol Branch 179—both causes close to Ray's heart.
