He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Cook and Dorothy Cook of Walkerton; and his in-laws, Dewert, Gerry Fry of Hanover and Alvin Jessop of Barrie.
He is survived by : his wife Nancy Cook of Hanover; his sons, Mike Cook (Sara) and Matt Cook of Hanover; his grandchild Calleah; his brothers, Rick (Cheryl) and Ron Cook (Helen) of Walkerton; and his in-laws, Cathy Baetz (Rick) of Barrie and Lynn Jessop of Barrie.
