With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hugh Chornaby (Hanover, Ontario), who passed away on December 2, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his siblings, Margaret Chornaby, Ronald Chornaby, Douglas Chornaby, Robert Chornaby and Joyce Chowela.

He is survived by : his wife Irene; his children, Dave Chornaby (Patricia), Cheryl Chornaby, Tony Chornaby and Chris Chornaby (Kim); his grandchildren, Matthew (Victoria), Alyssa (Isaiah), Brandon (Marcy), Kayla (Alex) and Ashley; his great grandchild Sienna; and his brothers, Ralph Chornaby and Victor Chornaby (Shirley).

Due to Covid-19 protocols masks are required and social distancing must be respected on church property.

“We are so sorry to hear of Hugh’s passing. I saw him in the grocery store about a month ago so am surprised when I saw his obituary. Our deepest sympathy to the family. Hugh always had a smile and a hello whenever our paths crossed. May he Rest In Peace. We will remember him in our prayers.”
