He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Troy and Madeline Troy; and his siblings, Bryce Troy and Shirley Barron. He is survived by: his wife Mary Troy of Hanover; his children, Linda Ritchie (Bruce) of Calgary, Rick Troy (Ann) of Courtice and Scott Troy of Calgary; his grandchildren, Jessica Ritchie (Dan Sanders), Keegan Ritchie, Jacqueline Ritchie, Alec Troy, Theoren Troy, Evan Troy, Luke Redmond and Branden Redmond; his great grandchild Owen Sanders; his brother Gerald Troy (Shirley) of Regina; and his sister-in-law Irene Csontos of Hanover.

Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
