He was predeceased by : his parents, William Runge and Lois Runge (Cameron); and his parents-in-law, Luella Van Eck, Charles Boylan and Morris Van Eck.

He is survived by : his wife Lorrie Runge; his brother Christopher; and his pets, Riley and Tucker.

Memorial donations to the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce -Chapman House were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
