He is survived by : his wife Judy; his children, Blair Stroeder (Nancy Koehmstedt) of Walkerton, Stacey Stroeder (Dustin Zister) of Walkerton, Dustin Stroeder (Stefanie) of Walkerton, Rene Canning (Tsehay) of Toronto, Ryan Canning (Catelin Johnston) of Hanover and Brandon Canning (Randy) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Bailey, Logan, Rachel, Isla, Zac, Cole, Keo, Koa, James, Fiona and Emmett; his siblings, Bert Stroeder (Joan) of Walkerton, Hugh Stroeder of Kitchener, Fran Bardar (Brian Millions) of Edson, AB, Lorraine Martin of Scotland, ON, Rose Niesen (Ken) of Vancouver Island, BC and Cecile Plester of Ingersoll; his siblings-in-law, Bob Millen of Port Hope, Marshall Canning (Debbie) of Chapleau, Rolland Canning (Marlene Wells) of Maynooth, Debbie Canning of Walkerton and Paul Canning of Barrie; and his mother-in-law Mildred Macfarlane of Hanover. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
