He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Charyle Eva, Barry Watson, Kathy Walmsley (Bob Mines), Connie Bennett (Rod Sachs), Kent Watson (Maureen) and Elizabeth Leifso (Del Neuman); his stepchildren, Sandra Baskerville (Dave), Brenda Seguin and Kelly Voelker (Doug Fagetter); his grandchildren, Christy, Dan, Grace, Lucas Weber, Zachary, Mackenzie Watson, Melissa, Trevor Martin, Gordon, Steph, Rayna, Callie, Roman Walmsley, Travis, Ella Bennett, Kayla Nichol, Aleesha, Vince, Nash, Sloane Mafrini, Alex, Johanna, Finley Watson, Maddison, Jake Frimeth, Lauren Watson, Kirsten Lumley, Drew, Dana, Hudson, Henry Leifso, Courtney, Jon, Jack, Max, Rory Webster, Ryan, Ashley, Brooke, Bentley, Bria Baskerville, Mandy, Cooper, Lexie Dosman and Jordan Seguin; his sisters, Betty (late Don Praill), Helen (Larry Jeanneault) and Norma (late Bob O'Hare); and his sister-in-law Bernie (late Bruce Watson). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carriage House Event Centre (265 5th St, Hanover, ON N4N3X3).
The family has chosen to send donations to CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIÉTÉ CANADIENNE DU CANCER.
