He is survived by : his wife Andrea; his son Steven; his grandsons, Cole and Couper; his stepchildren, Jonathon, Natasha and Amanda; his grandchildren, Adele, Theodore, Alaia, Deliah and Josephine; his friends, Don, Connie, Mike, Barb, Clarence, Roberta, Eckhart and Molly; and also, Lindsay, Brendan and Wes.
