He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gail Eyamie Skidmore; his parents, Judith Ann Skidmore and Raymond Skidmore; his children, Kyle and Bryan Skidmore; his cousins, Kenny, Chris and Hughie; his grandparents, Bea and Bell; his mother-in-law Mary Jane Eyamie; his stepchildren, David (Amanda), Trisha (Steve) and Theresa; his grandchildren, Kyle, Adriana, Ali, Philip, Mike, Karena and Zoé; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Little P, Bentley and Luke; his friends, Eric, Paul and Marie; and also Diny.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Canadian Cancer Society – Relay for Life would be appreciated by the family.
