He was loved and cherished by many people including : his close friend Mel Bennett; his parents, Alice Tillotson (Bill) and Larry Tillotson (Sharon); his siblings, Laury Penders (Anthony) and Brian Tillotson (Erica); and his daughter Crystal. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephew, family & friends.
