She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard 'Dick' and Jean Speare (Dennison); and her sister Cathy Speare. She is survived by : her children, Jordan, Sarah, Emily and Laura Fayez; and the parent of her children Khaled. She is also survived by her beautiful children, many friends, and extended family.
