He was predeceased by : his parents, Clayton McPhail and Annie McPhail (Copland); and his brother Grant McPhail. He is survived by : his wife Jacqueline 'Jackie' McPhail (Kruspe); his children, Paul McPhail, Sandra Schalk of Harriston, Kim, Jimmy Keys of Naples, FL, Pam and Dave Turton of Harriston; his grandchildren, Brooks Turton, Jackie of Southampton, Jessica Meulensteen, Tim of Atwood, Paige McDonald, Shawn of Mount Forest, Jacklyn Doig-Keys, John Healy of Hyattesville, MD, Patricia Reynolds, Nick of Palmerston, Elizabeth McPhail, Alex Wasilka of Kitchener and Scott McPhail of Kitchener; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Lyla Turton, Addy, Sully, Pierce Meulensteen, Lily, Emma Reynolds, Kellin Pearce and Salem Wasilka; and his siblings, George and Carm McPhail of Kitchener.

Everyone attending must wear a mask and respect social distancing. The funeral service will be held at Harriston United Church on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 10:30 a. m. You do not have to register to attend the visitation or funeral service, but please respect social distancing and wear a mask.
