With sadness, we share the passing of Jim Richardson of Harriston, Ontario. Jim, born on June 21, 1931, passed away on August 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Inez Richardson (Grice); his parents, Robert Richardson and Elizabeth Richardson (Redpath); and his siblings, Helen Mitchell (Borden), Thomas Richardson (Vera), Betty Christie (William), Mary Chilton (Robert) and William Richardson.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia, Duane Todd of Okotoks, AB., Brad, Debbie Richardson of Clifford, Barry, Gwen Richardson of Owen Sound, Clarke, Tracy Richardson of Clifford, Jeff and Leanne Richardson of Barrie; his grandchildren, Sarah Richardson, Brody, Kelly Todd, Daniel, Kelsey Richardson, Jessilyn, Brett Uhrig, Clancy, Nate St. Dennis, Devon Richardson, Justin, Stef Richardson, Ashley, Aron Rice, Jasmine, Ben Davis, Hailey Richardson, Jake Richardson and Luke Richardson; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Alexandria, Russell Hummel, Auston, Hadley, Molly Todd, Briar, Bodhi Richardson, Colton, Cooper, Camille Uhrig, Natalie, Tyco, Levi, Boden, Baylor St. Dennis, Claire, Caden Richardson, Preston, Cal Rice, Hudson and Nash Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Laurine Dahms of St. Jacobs and Clarke Grice of Mississauga.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home (44 John St S, Harriston, ON N0G1Z0).
