He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Gibbings and Iona Gibbings; his parents-in-law, Norris and Eila McLaughlin; and his brother Tim Gibbings.
He is survived by: his children, Kayla, Ryan Fisk of Harriston, Josh and Ashley Gibbings of Harriston; his grandchildren, Easton, Charlee, Jaxon and Cohen; his siblings, Wayne, Pat Gibbings, Marvin and Connie Gibbings; and his siblings-in-law, Anne, Earl Schneider, John McLaughlin, Kim Nickel, Jim, Kathy McLaughlin and Barb McLaughlin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (53 Elora St S, Harriston, ON N0G1Z0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #296 (53 Elora St S, Harriston, ON N0G1Z0).
Memorial donations to the Palmerston Hospital Foundation or the Harriston Food Bank would be greatly appreciated, and may be made through the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston.
