He is survived by: his wife Lois (Reid); his daughter Heather Charette (Matt Kaufman); his stepchild Jamie Moyneur; his sibling Jean Ukrainec (Terry); his nieces, Marilyn McCarthy and Laura Fisher; his grandchildren, Tyler, Ryan and Megan Forsythe; and his close friend Jim Colenutt.
