He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Linda (Turner); his children, Randy Neff and Teresa Neff; his grandchildren, Shannon (Kyle), Anna, Jack, Billy, Jeffrey, Hunter, Summer and Charlotte; his great grandchildren, Wesley, Thomas and Scarlett; and his siblings, Euna, Shirley (Carmen), Irma (Barry), Bill, Stephanie (Larry) and Blanche. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, cousins.

Memorial donations may be made by cheque to Windsor Cancer Foundation or Erie Shores Hospice.
