He was predeceased by: his wife Kathi (Crews); his brothers, Richard and Ronald; and his brother-in-law Jim Crews. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Luvisotto (Ryan) and Jim Herniman (Jessica); his grandchildren, Lauren, Jack and Kylee; his friend Barb Pye; and his sisters-in-law, Lois, Lucy and Sue. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
