He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Rousell and Winnifred Rousell of Path End; his siblings, Marie Gronsdahl (Mel), Maureen Rousell and Doronthy Tobin (Bernard); and his sister-in-law Dona Pidgeon.

He is survived by: his wife Dale Pidgeon-Rousell; his children, Gerry and Sandra Rousell (Will Hunt); his stepsons, Donald Wilson (Trystan) and Matthew Wilson (Melissa); his grandchildren, Meagan, Katrina, Gregory, Colton, Austin, Owen and Lincoln; his great grandchild Mya; his siblings, Annie Barrett (late Fabian), Mary Nabuurs (late Tony), Margarite Organ (Rita), Georgina Barrett (late Greg), Peter Rousell, Marjerie Heath (Mel), Gerard Rousell (Bertha) and Patricia Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, Danny Pidgeon (Bev) and Diane Johnson (Doug).

Due to covid restrictions, this will be a drop in event due to size limitations allowed in the hall at one time.
