It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alexander Duncan Plumb in Hastings, Ontario, who passed away on March 20, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gordon and Gladys; his wife Lillian (Mcfarlane); his sisters, Beverley McClain and Victoria Plumb; and his daughter Barbara Kronemeyer.

He is survived by : his son Gordon (Karen); his sisters, Margaret Macleod and Charlotte MacDonald of Nova Scotia; his grandchildren, Patricia Rosborough (Troy), Danielle Devost (Len), Akinna Kronemeyer and Steven Kronemeyer (Adele); and his great grandchildren, Emma and Evan Rosborough.

“I flew with Duncan on the Boeing 707's in the Air Force, and at WorldWays on the DC8, and he always exuded absolute professional airmanship, while maintaining a zero tolerance for deviating from operational and safety procedures.
