He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lowe and Kathleen Lowe; and his sister Mavis Dartnall-Smith. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Sharon Reher (Frank), Heather Lowe and Ian Lowe; his grandchildren, Stephanie Van Haaren (Stuart), Geoffrey Reher (Sondra), Tyler Clarke, Bryon Clarke, Elaine Lowe and Devon Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Alexis, Lauren Van Haaren, Oliver and Adelaide Reher. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins in England, and his many friends.
