With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gorden Ronald Tanner (Hastings, Ontario), who passed away on May 8, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Gorden has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Percy Tanner and Lillian Tanner (Rose). He is survived by : his significant other Ruth Donenfeld; his brother Arthur Tanner; his children, Ron (Lisa) and Tracy (Phil); his grandsons, Gary and Paul; and his brother Neil. He is also survived by extended family, and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 106 (10 Front St W, Hastings, ON K0L1Y0).
