He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernie and Cora (Jones); his father Fred; and his siblings, Cathy, Leslie "Les" and William "Bill".
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Jane" (Metcalfe); his children, Gord (Sarah) of Trent River and Roy (Nancy) of Smiths Falls; his grandchildren, Ian, Emily, Thomas, Cole and Maddy; his mother Pauline; his siblings, Harry (Cindy) of Hastings and Rhonda (Wayne) of Toronto; and his siblings-in-law, Janice, George Millett, Ted, Kerena Metcalfe, Edith, John Steele and Laura Metcalfe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Jim's family would appreciate donations to Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunting (OFAH) since he was an avid outdoorsman and or the Warkworth Minor Hockey Association since he loved hockey.
