He was predeceased by: his children, Nancy Outwater (Rob) and Brian; and his granddaughter Melinda Mack. He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Butch, Donna Yaxley (Rick), Diane Mack (Al) and Judy McNeely (late Wayne); his grandchildren, Melissa Yaxley-Stillman (Steve), Alex Wood (Krista), Marty Yaxley (Carla), Chad Outwater (Tina), Kris McNeely (Brandi), Shawna McNeely (Jay) and Meaghan Reimchen; and his great grandchildren, Devin Stillman (Sarah), Connor Stillman, Cassandra, Nathan Yaxley, Owen, Gracie Outwater, Grayson, Harper McNeely, Hailey, Skylar Reimchen, Adele and Jeremy Ingram.
