He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Brown and Lillian Brown (Fowler); and his sister Yvonne Toms. He is survived by : his brother Allen Brown (Darlene); his brother-in-law Larry Toms; and his nieces and nephews, Travis Toms (Patty), Rosemary Toms (Matthew Smith), Matthew Toms (Keri-Lyn), Sara Fioretti (David) and Emily Smith (Corey).
