He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sylvia Weese (Chalk); his sons, Scott Weese (Megan Dillenbeck) and Eric Weese (Nicole Morrow); his grandchildren, Mae, Davis, Harrison, Kaiah and Meira; his sibling Brydon Weese; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Comeau, George Chalk (Brenda), Ian Chalk (Patricia), Lynne Scaife (Bruce), David Chalk (Nancy), Karen Davey (Tim), Sandy Sills (Rick), Kim MacDonald (Dan), Kevin Chalk (Nancy) and Diane Grose (Dave).

Memorial donations made to the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation, the UHKF-Cancer Clinic or the Ottawa Hospital Foundation for Bone Marrow Transplant would be appreciated by the family.
