He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Adamar Bilcke and Marie Bilcke (Vandenameele); his siblings, Esther (Belgium), Simone, Silver, Horace, Martina, Marcel, Marcella, Mariette, Magda, Monique and Mark; his daughter Marie; his wife Mariette DeBackere; his children, Frank Winters of Stratford, John, Janet Bilcke (Kinsman) of Cromarty, Randy and Heather Bilcke (Stephen) of Exeter; and his grandchildren, Sherrlynn (Mark), Pam (Dan), Brendan (Taylor), Curtis (Katie), Matt (Melissa), Carly (Michael), Anna (Drew) and Harrison (Marly). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Donations to the South Huron Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
