She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Ken Firman; her children, Darren Firman and Lisa Francis; her siblings, Betty Vanrooy (Tony), Bryan Beer (Karen), Elizbeth Dunlop (Mike), Robert Firman and Vicki Stewart (Norm); her parents, Lucielle Beer and George; and her mother-in-law Janet Firman (late Harold). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson Society, Diabetes Canada, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Hensall United Church would be appreciated by the family.
