He was predeceased by : his mother Susan DeMille. He is survived by : his father Douglas DeMille; his sister Debbie; his nieces and nephews, Destiny, Sawyer and Sloan Will; and his pet George. He is also survived by his Family and the many friends.

Memorial donations can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Disease Research.
