She was predeceased by : her spouse Laurence Finnegan; and her children, Bill and Declan. She is survived by : her children, Marian (Bill), Terry (Vivienne) and Donna (Bill); her grandchildren, Missy Taylor, Larry Finnegan, Megan Taylor, Michael Finnegan, Kerry Bellamy, Brendan Garry and Declan Bellamy; her sister Rita Mullen; her brother-in-law Vincent O'Brien; and her nieces and nephews, Ireland and England.

“Clare: You'll always be remembered by me as Mrs. Finnegan. I met you in my teens through your daughter (Donna). We would often gather at your home for discussions, teen get togethers or wedding/baby showers. I think back on how you always welcomed me into your home, whatever the occasion. I was deeply saddened by the news of your passing. You will be greatly missed by family and friends. May you rest in peace now with your loving husband. ❤”
