She was predeceased by : her husband Reg George. She is survived by : her daughters, Linda Tamney (Rod), Joan Thursby (Jim) and Donna Filion (Bret); her grandchildren, Dan, Darryl, Dale, Laura, Trevor, Candice and Connor; and her great grandchildren, Troy and Sophie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Society of Canada.
