He is survived by: his wife Eleanor "Ellie" Adams; his sons, Steve Adams (Eva) and Colin Adams (Karen); his brother Michael Adams (Donna); his niece Melanie; his stepsons, Bruce Mackay (Suzanne) and Andrew Mackay (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Mathieu, Gabriella, Jesse, Lewis, Kathleen, Tayler, Drew and Orla Mackay.
