He is survived by: his sons, Spencer and Sawyer; his sisters, Jennifer Birch-Schofield and Heather Bertram (Aaron); his nieces and nephews, Charity, Eleasha, Troy, Christopher and Robbie; his uncle Peter Millard; his aunt Gabrielle Jones; and his cousins, Grant Millard, Anne Millard-Ferris and Jeremy Millard.
